Six Lowe’s Leaders Honored Among Top Women in Hardware and Building Supply

Women continue to make their mark in every part of the hardware and building supply industry, driving results and shaping the future of how we serve customers and communities. Lowe’s is proud to celebrate six exceptional leaders who have been named 2025 Top Women in Hardware & Building Supply honorees. 

These associates are being recognized for their impact, innovation, and leadership — and for inspiring those around them to grow and succeed. 

Three Lowe’s executives earned the Business Excellence Award, which honors seasoned professionals who demonstrate sustained growth, community engagement, and strong leadership: 

  • Amanda Bailey, Vice President, Customer Marketing and Loyalty 

  • Rebecca Johnson, Senior Director, Pro & Services Reporting and Optimization 

  • Debra Sheiner, Division Asset Protection Director 

In the Rising Star category, three more Lowe’s leaders were recognized for their leadership and potential to shape the future of the industry: 

  • Lindsey Andree, Director, Inventory Planning and Replenishment 

  • Crystal Neels, Vice President, Store Environment 

  • Stacy Suzuki, Vice President, Merchandising – Kitchens and Bath
